I got an original 50s bra the other day.

Zauberkreuz bra

My first post will be about a bra which, in German, is called a Zauberkreuz, a magic cross. 

I got this vintage item in the original package. There is a text on the back of the package with a date so this is one of the view items that I can really date correctly. It was made in 1978. 

The size is a 70C.

I looked up the brand and they still sell their classic bra lines!

Vintage collection

Hello lovelies,

this will be a new blog about the vintage items I collect.
My passion for vintage items started a few years ago when I started to research costume history. But I only started in 2015. But to this moment I have already quite a few amazing items in my collection.
My favourite items is a round 50s hat with purple feathers and a bodice from the 1900s in green. Both are in an amazing condition.

In my country Vintage is not really that sought for (compared to GB or the US for example) so I sometimes get really good deals. When I was in London in 2016 I went to a Vintage shop and paid about 80 pounds for a 50s corselette. Here I paid only 40€ for the 1900s bodice. This is crazy.
